Busy day today. Heading in to HQ for a meeting. Thanks to all of you who maintain accountability through this daily post. I appreciate the company.

L - going out to a Thai place--a cup of soup and 1 tiny spring roll
D - leftover pork chop and green beans

Got my Labs back, but Lab Corp has changed its portal & I have no idea how to view the results. Grrrr.
