Got busy with the end of the school year and didnt post.....with that and stress fell off the wagon a little. Back on track and have my one year follow up appt in 2 weeks.

- lunch: small amount of a subway turkey breast salad
- dinner: ate a small amount of what the family was eating...cauliflower, spaghetti (ground beef and a few noodles), just threw that up though....

Great choices. Sounds like the stomach doesn't like bulky stuff yet. Also, I had to switch to 80x20 hamburger, any leaner and it just doesn't work for me. Nice Exercites too. : )
