Sad day. We buried my husband's 34 yr old niece today. Cause of death is still unknown.
a.m. Labs - believe it or not the best part of the day. Stuck, draw, and done. Easy peasy.
Dunkin' donuts - egg/double bacon/cheese on 1/2 croissant

vites: tried all day to catch up, but missed a calcium batch
fluids: 120+ oz. (48 oz. was before my labs - pumping up those veins)

I haven't been on in a while, too busy with work...finally have this weekend off! I tried a few different new foods (since surgery) today, and haven't thrown up....there is light at the end of the tunnel. I've had a rough time this last month with trying new things and then throwing them up.
- 3 syntrax nectar shakes
- almost one 11oz muscle milk light drink
- Yoplait greek yogurt
- bite of a granola bar
- Salad with chicken and ham, a couple bites of wheat toast
- Carbsmart ice cream bar (seeing Gina post about it everyday made me want to try it!)
HW: 291 --- SW (3/10/15): 264 --- CW (12/31/15) 153
You did great! Keep using the protein shakes to keep your nutrition in balance. Are you getting 64oz of fluids in as well?
