D - chicken tenders w/celery, carrots and ranch
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
15 minute walks and leaning push-ups

Hi everyone, just wanted to check in and thank everyone for the support and encouragement regarding the triathlon. It was nice to have something different to focus on for me. I struggle with the food stuff and I have decided I will not be tracking for know. I am just going to keep doing what I am doing, and so I wanted to thank you all especially Gina and Noreen, you have been great. Take care and have a super summer.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
