Well I did it, I finished a Triathlon, I don't know if I would do another one, but I am super happy that I did this one. The medal is beautiful. I worked hard to get it, and I wanted to say thank you to you guys for thinking of me while I was on this journey. I have just started to get back on track and hope to be checking in again in the very near future. I truly miss you all and have thought about you often.

Hi. Sneaked in another day off. Ran so many errands, I did have time to be bad
turkey bacon
cheese stick
3 slices deli ham
vanilla protein smoothie
4 cheese crackers
another vanilla protein smoothie
T bone steak on the grill - have a little leftover for lunch tomorrow
1/4 baked potato w/ butter & sour cream
1/2 ear of grilled corn
mini Snickers
vanilla protein smoothie
Vites: working on bedtime batch soon

Went to the sal****er spa today with hubby.
Bites: breakfast
3 small sausages
2 poached eggs
few hashbrown
one slice toast
snack
apple turnover and 3 mini cinnamon donuts
Lunch
1/2 deluxe burger and a few fries with gravy
couple sips of a milkshake
Supper
hamburger helper and a whole wheat bun
snack
small bowl of ice cream
Vites: all in
Exercites: swimming and playing at the spa
