Pre-B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - sunflower seeds
L - leftover red taters and corn, and a protein shake (30g)
S - Greek yogurt
D - leftover chicken stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/blueberries

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minutes walks and 20 leaning push-ups

Getting my semi annual labs done on Saturday, had to hide my vites, so I would not take them tomorrow.

protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

cheddar cheese

chinese take out: General Tsao chicken - love this place. Huge chunks of white meat chicken. Almost no breading.

broccoli

few bites of fried rice

2 jelly candies

Lemon Greek yogurt

small bag of popcorn 

protein decaf coffee

Rest of the chicken from lunch - no rice -  no broccoli 

well buttered toasted Poptart

fluids: 100 oz

Exercites: gave into my cold and took the day off exercise, air conditioning at work is not helping my cold, into the second week and really feeling it.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
