Any idea at how many months in general, people tend to stabilize their weight?

My weight stabilized around 18 months. I started at around 360 and went as low as 165. I'm currently at 183. I'm thankful for the regain because I'm 6'2" and my original goal was 190.

Personally, I think a lot of weight stabilization still depends on your individual cir****tances. I thought I was done at 18 months and then continued to lose a little at a time over the next 6 months. I've been able to ramp up exercise at 2 years out and I am hoping that continues my gradual loss. My surgeon put the weight loss window at between 18 and 24 months but I think with lifestyle changes that might be extended. It doesn't look like I have to worry about undershooting at this point.
