I was at a training all day Friday, so I didnt get to post. Finally losing again, very slowly but its coming off. !

OMG, I am so happy to find you! It's been years! I'm holding my own in the holding my weight down. But my computer crashed and I am way over due to have labs done. I don't always get replies on websites. Could you please email me the list of lab work we are supposed to have yearly? I am so lost without all my normal stuff.
