S - cheese stick, cashews and yes a cookie (snack day at work ugh)
L - chicken tenders, greek yogurt and cheese stick
S - protein bar
D - Olive Garden (not sure what I am going to eat, intentionally haven't done Italian since surgery)
Maybe chicken parmigan, or perhaps just salad and soup....will try to find something, def not pasta)
