S - CarbSmart ice cream w/blueberries
S - sunflower seeds

iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

none

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - cheese stick, cashews and yes a cookie (snack day at work ugh)

L - chicken tenders, greek yogurt and cheese stick

S - protein bar

D - Olive Garden (not sure what I am going to eat, intentionally haven't done Italian since surgery)

Maybe chicken parmigan, or perhaps just salad and soup....will try to find something, def not pasta)

I hope your trip to Olive Garden turned out well. I stayed far far away from Italian at first too.

I really miss the funny camel commercials. Someone would have to put their mind in the gutter and think something was dirty about hump day. {smdh}
