had surgery on friday...yay

Anyways guys...good news after years of seeking to have the D's surgery..I can say it is done. Now..I know.. I know this I'd just then beginning...I have a long way to go..but I can say without question this site had been very helpful. I will be asking questions as time go by...and I am sure I will succeed with this .

Also...if anyone is looking for a surgeon with great personality and good bedside manner.. Please look no further than Dr. Daniel Cronk Jr at the methodist Bari atrics in Omaha.  The problem I had was with his office staff... But if you canhang in there..he is a great surgeon. Aldo most of his patients leave the hospital within 2 days..isn't that great.

I am scheduled for my first drs appt this Friday. I have been researching and considering for about a year now. So everything really depends on this first visit.

I was constantly back and forth with wether wls was right for me, the old oh ill just try really hard at diet n exercise again. Maybe it will work permanently this time.

But im slowly making peace with accepting i need additional above normal help with weight loss, especially with PCOS.

I appreciate any updates from you..nothing like getting it from the horses mouth!

Congratulations on getting past the hardest part. Now you just take it week by week and stay balanced. You have some ups and downs but mostly ups.
