D - meat loaf and green beans

morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks and 20 - leaning push-ups

BITES:

  • 2 protein shakes
  • lite & fit greek yogurt
  • cashews and string cheese
  • Shrimp cavatappi from applebees....mainly just ate the shrimp and broccolli. felt nice to eat at a restaurant again!
  • 2 SF popsicles (to get the vites down!)

VITES: all in!

EXERCITES: 30 min walk
