BTW seeds are a great idea for the games, I was just trying to find somethine else besides seeds and nuts that I can keep with me all the time and eat in a pinch that doesnt need to be cold. Thanks for the info on Quest and JayRobb, I will check those out.
Looks good. Are you also able to get 60+ ounces of fluids daily when you have to work these long shifts?
