Still struggling to get back on track.. today's food

B 1 scoop unjury/2 tbs unsweetened Hershey syrup/8 Oz cashew milk

S 3 Oz American cheese 

L 1 cup clams/1 tbs butter 

S 1 Oz macadamia nuts 

S 3 Oz chicken/100 grams asparagus/2 tbs olive oil

S 2 Oz chicken2 tbs mayo/1 slice sarah lee 45 cal delightful bread

Good morning Everyone. I hope everyone had a great day yesterday! 

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - cheese stick and mixed nuts

L - chicken tender and hard boiled egg

S - cheese stick and sunflower seeds

D - Grilled Tilapia

S - SF pudding

Fluids: in progress

BTW seeds are a great idea for the games, I was just trying to find somethine else besides seeds and nuts that I can keep with me all the time and eat in a pinch that doesnt need to be cold. Thanks for the info on Quest and JayRobb, I will check those out.

EXERCITES: 25 min walk around the neighborhood, then another long shift tonight!

Looks good. Are you also able to get 60+ ounces of fluids daily when you have to work these long shifts?
