I really like the CarbSmart ice cream. Last night I had some but I mixed in 1tbsp powdered peanut butter. It was yummy. I also find it easy to only eat a serving. FredMeyer is the only place close to me that carries it and they only have vanilla, but thats ok, I have sugar free chocolate sauce I can add if I want.

Guest speakers at corporate meeting. They supplied lunch. Usually I pack my own since the choices often suck. Not today my friends. There was panini sandwiches with grilled chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers. Sandwiches with piles of real roast beef, pastrami. Spinach salad w/ bacon, eggs, etc. I couldn't believe it. Score!!!
