Hello all, I am getting really concerned about my weight loss. With the exception of one week where I lost three pounds, the last month or more I have been stuck....maybe even 5 or 6 weeks now. I am very comfortable where I am, but know I will have some regain so I really want to lose another 20 lbs. before maintenance. But it seems my body has already hit maintenance at 11 months out. Partly this is due to my eating, I have been more liberal with what I eat. For instance, I ate on plan last week with the exception of eating a corn dog at the carnival and a donut on Saturday with the grandkids. But other than that, was pretty much on plan all week. I think I have become complacent because I am comfortable with where I am and mentally I went into maintenance mode. I need to get focused and get that last 20 lb.s off. Please help with encouragement and advice. Also, did anyone else have this issue when they were so close to goal. I am actually only 10 lb.s from goal but would like to lose another 20 if possible. Thanks
The last few months I was only losing a pound or half a pound. It gets really slow towards the end. Try to be patient, increase plain water, and add another protein shake. Walking short walks several times a day worked for me as well, seemed to keep the metabolism boosted. Good luck!

Yeah, too hot without the AC all of a sudden. Turning on fans and AC to welcome summer temps.

Hi Everyone, Starting to eat more "normal" or closer to it. Still keeping my carbs on the high end and my fat fairly low as I get used to not having a gall bladder. I tried a grilled chicken thigh yesterday and it made me nauseated and today I was able to choke it down - so I know I still have a ways to go before I get back to my high fat / low car.
B - Premier Protein
L - Part of left over grilled chicken thigh from yesterday
S - Small handful of dark chocolate covered raisins
D - Sirloin Pork Stir Fry (broccoli, snap peas, carrots, water cress, with 1 tbsp low sugar teriyaki sauce and soy sauce)
S - Found some of that CarbSmart ice cream I always see you eating, not bad, mixed with raspberries and 2 tbsp sugar free hershey's syrup. YUM
Ate the rest of the 12 oz bag of frozen raspberries
Vites - I need to get back on track here, I was so good, since being out on leave I keep forgetting - so only 1/3 calcium and 2/4 multi, and iron in today
Exercites - Nothing notable today. Still in a lot of pain from surgery.

Hang in there. Slow and steady.
