Had the most incredible day. Drove to south Delaware to visit with brother. Ended up eating great seafood, and a walk on the beach. There may or may not have been a tub of kettle corn involved.

Alright, Another day of trying to eat more.
B - Premier Protein
L - McDonalds 4 chicken nuggets with BBQ Sauce
S - GNC Lean Shake made with about 1/3 cup half and half, and a few raspberries. Tasted like a milk shake, very rich
D - Pork Schnitzel and bacon mashed potatoes
S - Dark Chocolate Raisinettes
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/raspberries
Vites - Oh man! The day got away from me and I only took one of three calcium doses.
Exercites - cleaning.
HW 284; SW 270; CW 152; Revised GW 140-160
I wouldn't worry too much about eating more as long as you're getting real nutrition via shakes. Don't stretch your stomach, keep it as small as you can for as long as you can.
