B - Premier protein shake
S - cheese stick and mixed nuts
L - grilled Tilapia
S - protein bar (these are from Costco and have 14 carbs and 10g protein) Are these not a good choice? Looking for something other than nuts that I can take with me to games, etc.
D - Chicken Bowl from Chipotle (Black beans, pinto beans, cheese, and chicken - no rice)
S - SF chocolate pudding

A few protein bar suggestions: Quest, Atkins with no sugar alcohols that end in "itol", and JayRobb. I thought taking sunflower seeds to the games was a good idea.

Alright, Did better eating more yesterday but still need to eat more. Any ideas for high calorie, high protein, moderate/high fat foods?

Walking around, lifted something but it was too much
HW 284; SW 270; CW 152; Revised GW 140-160
Add another 2 or 3 protein shakes but you'd want to mix your own and use 1/2 & 1/2. Another idea is plain 2% Fage Greek yogurt, and add a few berries and sweeten with Splenda.
