B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g) and a salad
S - sunflower seeds
D - shrimp nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - protein bar

S - greek yogurt

L - greek yogurt and hard boiled egg

S - protein bar

D - late due to carnival at school - not sure yet. Maybe some chili beans or grilled tilapia....something easy.

S - SF chocolate pudding

Really hungry today.....maybe stress from all the testing at work!

Looks like OH is having technical difficulties again. I have to hit refresh for every click.  

Good job today. Hubby is asking if we can have some different things too...I stress easy to fix because I'm not quite domesticated. He starts backing away slowly.  lol
