EXERCITES:
15 minute walks, push-ups, squats and stairs

L - steak (nothing else, yesterday was so full I only ate the steak)
S - hard boiled egg and greek yogurt (wont get home until late)
D - steak and beans (last of the steak)
S - SF chocolate pudding

Finally losing again....dropped three pounds this week. Yay!!!!!
That's great! -3 in a week...what I wouldn't give for that!
