Pre-B - protein coffee w/HWC (30g) and additional regular coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - Scoops and cheese
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Greek yogurt
D - stir fry chicken
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
15 minute walks, push-ups, squats and stairs

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - cheese stick and cashews

L - steak (nothing else, yesterday was so full I only ate the steak)

S - hard boiled egg and greek yogurt (wont get home until late)

D - steak and beans (last of the steak)

S - SF chocolate pudding

Vites: in progress

Fluids: in progress

Finally losing again....dropped three pounds this week. Yay!!!!!

It is great, but I have been stuck or actually fluctuating and losing and gaining the same pound or two for about three weeks. So I am soooo happy!

vanilla protein smoothie w/ frozen strawberries, HWC, coconut almond mil**** whirl up in magic bullet

maybe a cookie later

Yeah, I'm beginning to think my issues are not protein related.

I'm one day post op from my gallbladder removal. I am trying to eat more now.

D - Shredded pork

Exercites - walked around the block
