S - SF pudding and a few cashews ( I know I was going to leave it alone, but I cant get rid of the sweet monster so I figure this is my best option...otherwise I am going to eat the real thing....chocolate)

SF pudding works. You're fine. You might want to look into organic dark chocolate-- lower in carbs than regular milk chocolate.

Saw the PCP today. She thinks my swelling ankles are a protein issue. Going to have blood work done.

I will pull out my previous labs and we can discuss. The PCP said it might be the Reclast, but usually swelling occurs soon after infusion, not 2 weeks later. She has see swelling ankles for low protein in much older (80+) patients.
I am her only DSer. At least she is open minded about my findings and research.
Sounds like she's a keeper. We can talk labs when you're ready. :)
