Vanilla protein smoothie w/ a splash of OJ, HWC, coconut almond milk whirled in the magic bullet

1/2# bacon dipped in mayo

3 chocolates

Vanilla protein smoothie w/ a splash of OJ, HWC, coconut almond milk whirled in the magic bullet

Crockpot orange chicken - Pinterest recipe. Tasty.

garden salad w/ cheese, crumbled bacon, oil/vinegar dressing 

very small slice of cake

vites: bedtime batch pending

fluids: 100 oz by bedtime

Happy Sunday everyone,

Bites:

2 eggs and 2 sausages and 1 1/2 slices toast =one with lots of jam

few cheezies with scrabble

1 large protein shake - almond milk, oj, frozen fruit and vanilla powder - and put  in a scoop of chocolate ice cream - made it like a smoothie

pork chop, potato, carrots, 3 slices cucumber and some brown beans -and slice of homemade mom's apple pie - cleaned up the fridge

vites: all in except bedtime which I will take in the morning after I get off work - back on graves again

exercites: team swim training and did an interval workout to today

Hi, could you explain how you do your protein coffee please? I need to switch to decaf, and was wondering how you've gone about it!

Hi Mandy.  I put my decaf in a very large travel mug. It holds 16 oz. pour on the creamer of your choice, swirl to combine, then add a scoop or two of protein powder  and mix like crazy to combine. That's the basic recipe.

sometimes I will use flavored creamers, or, heavy whipping cream has fewer carbs, or lately I like the coconut almond milk.  Often I will sprinkle in some cinnamon when using vanilla protein powder. The options are endless.

Thanks, Noreen. I tried to log on and the whole OH site was down for repairs and I didn't get back on the rest of the day.  It was a beautiful day here and I just had a total Me-Day.
