S - sunflower seeds
L - bowl of chili
S - Greek yogurt
S - low carb wrap w/butter
D - chicken tenders and baby carrots w/ranch
S - CarbSmart ice cream and blueberries

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 - push-ups and 0 - squats
