Thanks! I have definitely started letting the sweet monster get to me! The stress is killing me or maybe I have become complacent. I haven't hardly lost anything this month, usually I lose 9 to 11 per month the last six months. I need to get really strict again because I would like to lose about 20 more lbs. I am very comfortable where I am but I need some breathing room. I am around 185 and 5'6" wearing a size 12. My initial goal was 175 but would like to get to 165 and a size 10 if I can so I have room for bounce back. I want those last 15 -20 lbs off by my one year anniversary June 13th. I was doing a little sweets in moderation but then the stres**** and all hell broke lose. Back on the wagon...No SWEETS!!!
