L - chef salad and protein shake (30g)
S - fresh strawberries with CarbSmart ice cream
D - leftover chicken stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/strawberries

Strawberries are so sweet this season. I froze some and put them in my vanilla protein shakes. Like a smoothie.
