What is your opinion about nut thins? I looked at them, and although they do have a little protein, they seem high in carbs, almost as high as wheat thins or pita chips which is what I use to eat my Taziki (greek yogurt cucumber dip). Just curious! The difference didnt seem enough to me to make much of a difference and justify the inconvenience of shopping for them (they are often hard to find) and the price.
I use them because they are gluten free but I do have to count them out so I don't overdo the carbs.
