S - ham and cream cheese roll-ups
D - 2 beef hotdogs and chili
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
6 - 15 minute walks, 60 - leaning p/u, and 20 - squats

Oh man this trip has been crazy! All my vites and liquid bites are in my bag, that may artive today. As a result I got only 45-50 grams protein yesterday. I hope my bag gets here this afternoon so I can get more today.
BITES:
B - fruit cup, coffe with non-fat milk (I wanted the bacon and eggs so bad but do not want emergency surgery)
S - plan on a nonfat latte
D - fingers crossed protein shakes arrive
VITES - only have left over protein from yesterday
EXERCITES - we'll see what I have energy for

I hope the bag got there. Running low on your go-to stuff can make you crazy!

I didnt think about the difference between buttered popcorn (still bad too many carbs) and Kettle Corn. It made me very sick! Won't do that again.
Bites: Premier protein shake

L - shrimp scampi

D - not sure yet, kids making dinner for me! They promised some kind of protein and veggies

Certain kinds of sugar are a real problem. I haven't totally narrowed it down yet.
