S - Greek yogurt
D - leftover stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
Leaning push-ups, squats, and jogging stairs

Yes except I ate Kettle Corn with my grandson! Ugh!

Got in some more protein today, I can tell getting my normal 90+ grams is not going to be possible. I talked to my Dr about it and they are really more concerned with adequate fluids. 

BITES: 

B - Coffee with premier protein

L - Isopure coconut protein which isn't my favorite but I mixed it with my zip fizz and that made it tolerable

S - Coffee with premier protein

S - Box of jello, yes I ate the whole thing

S - 1/4 sweet and salty pecan halves

D - Chicken broth with 1/2 serving unflavored whey

S - Salted peanuts in shells - should not have eaten these

S - sugar free Worther's Caramels & 1/2 scoop unflavored protein with crystal light add in

Liquids - Got in my typical 100+ ounces. 

Got in 62 grams protein. Better than I anticipated

VITES: All in

EXERCITES: Nope, not happening, this clear diet thing is really zapping my energy

Hang in there, I know it's tough. I guess you could try sugar free Popsicles for something crunchy.

double protein decaf coffee

Real bacon

Insides of a roast beef sandwich 

1/2 cinnamon donut 

double protein decaf coffee

2 homemade tacos ( hubs makes them so yummy)

small slice of Apple pie. Threw out most of the crust

vanilla protein shake w/ ice, HWC, whirled up in the magic bullet

vites: all in

fluids: 90 oz.
