Got in some more protein today, I can tell getting my normal 90+ grams is not going to be possible. I talked to my Dr about it and they are really more concerned with adequate fluids.
BITES:
B - Coffee with premier protein
L - Isopure coconut protein which isn't my favorite but I mixed it with my zip fizz and that made it tolerable
S - Coffee with premier protein
S - Box of jello, yes I ate the whole thing
S - 1/4 sweet and salty pecan halves
D - Chicken broth with 1/2 serving unflavored whey
S - Salted peanuts in shells - should not have eaten these
S - sugar free Worther's Caramels & 1/2 scoop unflavored protein with crystal light add in
Liquids - Got in my typical 100+ ounces.
Got in 62 grams protein. Better than I anticipated
VITES: All in
EXERCITES: Nope, not happening, this clear diet thing is really zapping my energy
HW 284; SW 270; CW 152; Revised GW 140-160
Hang in there, I know it's tough. I guess you could try sugar free Popsicles for something crunchy.
