Actually I'm reducing the protein powder. Those 3 coffees in the early morning are without protein. Just trying to get the scales to budge.

Happy Hump Day! My butt sat in a meeting most of the day. No lunch served either. Kinda made me a little grumpy.

Spent most of the day in the ER today trying to figure out what is going on. They eventually told me its probably my gallbladder because there is "sludge" but to stop eating and go on a clear liquid diet until tomorrow afternoon to see if it gets better.
BITES:

D - 1.5 cups sugar free jello
VITES: Skipping iron due to calcium doses being too close to each other
EXERCITES: AM Walk from train to office - caught bus home early
