Hello everyone, good to be back at work and on a schedule.  I don't do as well off my routine with the grandson at the house and holidays. (hence the popcorn at the movies lol)

Bites:

B - Premier protein shake

S - mixed nuts and cheese stick

L - chicken tender and greek yogurt

S - mixed nuts and cheese stick

D - late not sure yet due to baseball game

The temperatures are finally getting in the 60's & 70's. Soon it will be "garden time". Can't wait.

I wish I could garden and grow some fruit or veggies. Unfortunately, squirrels eat everything in sight and what they don't eat the birds, rabbits and deer will.  {sigh}

S2 - 1 piece bacon

L - 1.5oz spicy chicken salad & 1 piece bacon

S - 2 pieces bacon

D - Pork Schnitzel

Vites - All in

Exercites - Nothing really today

I've been feeling odd lately. Really gassy, bloated, full after I eat anything etc. Even the 1.5 oz of chicken made me feel full to the point of pain. I also am getting this burning sensation in my tummy.

Makes me wonder if you have a partial obstruction of some kind.  I would stop the dense food and try just protein shakes and fluids for a couple of days. If it doesn't get better, or you start to have trouble with fluids, call the doc.

Yeah my premier shake is causing me issues right now too. I need to email my Dr but am kinda nervous since on Monday I am flying across country and will be gone two weeks for work. Timing is always great.
