I've been feeling odd lately. Really gassy, bloated, full after I eat anything etc. Even the 1.5 oz of chicken made me feel full to the point of pain. I also am getting this burning sensation in my tummy.

Makes me wonder if you have a partial obstruction of some kind. I would stop the dense food and try just protein shakes and fluids for a couple of days. If it doesn't get better, or you start to have trouble with fluids, call the doc.
