4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
Leaning push-ups, squats, walking and jogging stairs

There's so much ham at my house it's laughable. Hubs bought a 13 pounder for just the 2 of us.

I hope you can freeze some of the ham for later. I love ham but it can get old to the taste buds pretty quick.
