Exercites: day off Friday- last week I started the training for the triathlon, so I needed a day for my muscles to recover, but back at it today

L - ZipFizz, Tuna w/2TBSP Mayo & Yellow Mustard, 5 lay's potato chips
S - Peanuts in shells
D - Pork Schnitzel and 2 TBSP Bacon mashed potato's
S - Lemon Ricotta Fluff (1.5 oz ricotta, 1 oz cream cheese, 1 TBSP sugar free lemon pudding, 1 TBSP Shredded Coconut, & 1 TBSP Chopped Pecans) - frozen and my husband decided he liked this flavor so I got a little more than half.
