S - 2nd & 3d protein coffees (60g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
L - protein shake (30g) and salad
S - Greek yogurt
D - shrimp nuggets and lobster bisque
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day, leaning push-ups, squats, and jogging stairs

Hello everyone

my schedule has been crazy 

Bites: for yesterday - I always tend to be behind a day

Protein shake

1/2 a waffle, 2 sausages and a poached egg - restaurant

mixed nuts

apple

salad - was new for me and interesting - I liked it

chocolate bar

1/2 small bag of chips

hamburger

Vites: missed two times

Excertise: walking and intervals with trainer

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Howdy. Had my IV infusion w/ Reclast today. Very sleepy, but all else is good so far

Double protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

cheddar cheese

Taco Bell taco salad w/ extra meat

All right, it was a good day so far

BITES:

B - Premier Protein & about 1/4 cup cream over 4 cups coffee

S - String cheese & 1 stick gum

L - BBQ Asian Pork Loin

S - 1/4 oz sea salt & vinegar almonds

S - about 1 cup peanuts in shell

D - Breakfast burrito (1 egg, 2 pieces bacon, 1/2 oz cheese, 1 tbsp sour cream, all in a low carb wrap)

S - Ricotta Fluff

VITES: All in 

EXERCITES: 1 mile round trip - office to train & back; 25 minutes interval on the cross ramp. Few leaning push-ups

Really kept my carbs under control today. Funny thing is after I read your comment this morning on my yesterday post I was thinking "yeah, I can and I will. Today will be a good day". And it was. Who knew, positive self talk can make a huge difference.
