All right, it was a good day so far
BITES:
B - Premier Protein & about 1/4 cup cream over 4 cups coffee
S - String cheese & 1 stick gum
L - BBQ Asian Pork Loin
S - 1/4 oz sea salt & vinegar almonds
S - about 1 cup peanuts in shell
D - Breakfast burrito (1 egg, 2 pieces bacon, 1/2 oz cheese, 1 tbsp sour cream, all in a low carb wrap)
S - Ricotta Fluff
VITES: All in
EXERCITES: 1 mile round trip - office to train & back; 25 minutes interval on the cross ramp. Few leaning push-ups
Really kept my carbs under control today. Funny thing is after I read your comment this morning on my yesterday post I was thinking "yeah, I can and I will. Today will be a good day". And it was. Who knew, positive self talk can make a huge difference.
