BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 1 protein coffee (30g)
S - 2nd & 3d protein coffees (60g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
L - low carb wrap w/butter  and protein shake (30g)
S - Greek yogurt
D - pot roast w/veggies
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day, leaning push-ups, squats, and jogging stairs

Today is a stressful day. I am being very mindful of snacking though and when the urge does present itself I am having 3-4 nuts (i'm up to 12)

BITES:

B - Premier Protein, Short Flat White, About 1/4 cup cream over 3 cups of coffee

S - 1 oz nuts (mix of cashews, almonds, brazil nuts)

S - one mini snickers (5 carbs) & zipfizz

L1 (1130 PST) - Quest Protein Chips

L2 (3pm PST) - Spicy Chicken "salad"

S - 2 almond / rice flour snickerdoodles. Was doing good and then pretty much gave up, at least they were made with almond flour and relatively low carb. 1 mini twix.

D - 2 pieces bacon and peanuts in the shell

I think i'm getting my husbands "allergies" aka cold.

VITES - 3 down, 1 to go

EXERCITES - Train to Office & Office to Train, will probably hit 5k steps today

I hope you can get the carb addiction under control. It's a awful problem and probably worldwide.

Much better day today. The idiot client only managed to call 4x. On another note, anyone try the coconut/almond milk? Carbs are < 1. More protein than cows milk. Gluten, dairy, soy free. I've been mixing it in my protein coffees. So far, no issues. Not real found of it, straight out the carton.

3" piece of Keilbasa

Insides of a buffalo chicken sub. Slathered on blue cheese too.

2 forkfuls of cake

Is it a mix of coconut & almond? Whats the brand you tried and like? I tried soy milk in my coffee for a while because it was lower carb than half&half but I didn't like the flavor so I switched back.

I couldn't maintain almond milk, had to go back to regular 1/2 & 1/2.
