B - 1 protein coffee (30g)
S - 2nd & 3d protein coffees (60g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - boiled eggs
L - tuna w/eggs and mayo
S - Greek yogurt
S - sunflower seeds
D - leftover pot roast and veggies
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day, leaning push-ups, squats, and jogging stairs

Good evening, and happy good Friday

BITES:

B - Premier Protein, splash of cream in two cups coffee

S - 1 oz Salt & Vinegar Almods, Zipfizz

L - Spicy chicken "salad", 6 original lays chips

S - 4 slices fresh baked bacon, 4 homemade sweet & spicy pecan halves

D - Not hungry, need a little more protein so I'll find something just not sure what yet

VITES - 3 down, bedtime batch left

EXERCITES - nada, work to home day, didn't even get fully changed from pj's

I'm glad you had a relaxed work-from-home day.  They are dangerous though if you're a grazer like I am.
