I have officially lost half of my weight 😃

I had my surgery 14 months ago. I have now lost 50% of my body weight. I had a lot to lose and I'm feeling so much better. It truly is amazing what this surgery provides in a year! I still have things that I need to work on. I am still making some bad food choices and I know that I need to get on top of this. I am a work in progress...but thrilled with what has been accomplished so far.

Also, I don't put much thought into the BMI scale - however I am officially overweight now and not obese. 😄

Take care all.

Way to go!

I'm right there with you on the BMI scale - it is sooo dated!

Congratulations!!

I think there is some wiggle room with the DS and as long as you take your vitamins you should just be happy and proud of yourself!!  Nobody should have to be perfect.

It took me one and a half years to lose 165 pounds.

Thanks Brandy! Vitamins are never an issue for me, thankfully. I have plenty of wiggle room around being perfect. Lol!

Congratulations! If the BMI scale was correct, every football player in the NFL would be over weight or obese. Keep up the good work!
