Another day. Off to a decent start, just nibbling a lot today
BITES:
B - Starbucks Flat White, Premier Protein, 2 pieces bacon
S - 2 pieces bacon
S - REALLY craving chocolate (since i've been eating it the past few days) BUT I opted for some salted caramel almonds instead (even though there are 3 chocolate bars in the cupboard - now thats a victory!)
L - Tuna (in water - YUCK - but thats all I have) with 2 tbsp mayo and Franks red-hot, because you know, "I put that S*** on everything" hehe. I also made a small batch of ricotta fluff here what I used (1 oz ricotta, .5 oz sour cream, about 1 tsp sugar free cheesecake jello, a pinch of coconut, 4 pecan halves, and 1 tsp mini chocolate chips) I'll eat it after lunch settles.
D - Husband decided he wanted Chicken Flautas
S - More Ricotta Fluff
VITES - 3 batches down, 1 to go
EXERCITES - Nothing today
