Mine looks very different....about 3 weeks post-op and still doing clear liquids!

BITES:

  • 4 protein drinks (30 g each) and thanks to MajorMom for the Syntrax nectar suggestion a few weeks back, the fuzzy navel flavor is my favorite!
  • 3-4 SF popsicles
  • 4-8 oz SF jello
  • 8 oz chicken and veg broth
  • lots of ice water and some crystal light

VITES: morning batch in and mediset filled for the new week. Weekly B12 injection will happen later today.

EXERCITES: 25 min walk around neighborhood this AM, might go again later if I have time before it gets dark.

Glad you found a protein shake you enjoy - thats key.

Personally I could not stand the syntrax nectar - it was too thin for me. I prefer my protein shakes to have a creamier texture. It seems to actually give me a feeling of fullness that way.

Keep up the great work - Its fantastic you are walking so much already :)

You're doing great!  I like a fuzzy navel shake sometimes, it reminds me of a Dreamsicle.
