Had a really nice day. Drove to Maryland for my brothers retirement party.

B - Chocolate Premier Protein
S - 4 shots espresso with 1/3 cup half & half
L - about 6 small french fries and less than half a burger patty with cheese
S - peanut m&m's
S - 2 pieces bacon
D - 2 eggs, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, 1 piece bacon, 1 tbsp sour cream, in a high fiber tortilla
S - Salted Carmel Flavored Almonds
S - Maybe a pickle or two - I haven't decided yet
Vites:
All in + Vitamin A day
Exercites: walk to train & back - about 3/4 miles each way and quickly enough to get my HR up

got blood test results back from the dr today everything looks good overall. So pretty happy about that.
off to the eye dr on Thursday, time for new glasses.
