Good evening everyone

Bites:

peanut butter banana protein shake

hamburger and onion rings and pop

handful of chocolate peanuts

soup and a small brown bun

donut

Vites: missed supper again - starting to be a problem

Exercites: walking

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
