Good Morning Everyone! Happy to report it has been a good week and I am losing again! Yay!

L - carne asada (no tortilla) and refried beans (taco lunch at work)
S - greek yogurt

D - Shrimp scampi from Costco (late due to football) and maybe some Taziki with a few pita chips
I had this last night instead of chicken and it was really good for a change!

Beautiful Spring day. Got to 70 degrees. Rode home with the sun roof open. Lovely.
