B - 1 protein coffee (30g)
S - 2nd & 3d protein coffees (30g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
L - protein shake (30g)
S - (fell off the wagon with shortbread cookies)
D - leftover chicken stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day, leaning push-ups, jogging a flight of stairs x 5, and squats

Good Morning Everyone! Happy to report it has been a good week and I am losing again! Yay!

B - Premier protein shake

S - almonds

L - carne asada (no tortilla) and refried beans (taco lunch at work)

S - greek yogurt 

S - cheese stick

D - Shrimp scampi from Costco (late due to football) and maybe some Taziki with a few pita chips

I had this last night instead of chicken and it was really good for a change!

S - 2 pieces Bacon

S - 8 m&m's & String Cheese & ZipFizz

L - Leftover burger patty from yesterday

D - Breakfast tortilla - 2 eggs w bacon cheese and low carb tortilla 

EXERCITES:

3/4 mile slowly paced walk to office from train

20 min crossramp at lunch

3/4 mile walk to train

what is crossramp???

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Its the elliptical with the arms too. So you move your arms and your legs. And you can change the resistance and the ramp.

Beautiful Spring day. Got to 70 degrees. Rode home with the sun roof open.  Lovely.
