EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day, leaning push-ups, jogging a flight of stairs x 5, and squats

Ya know, there are just some days your glad when they're over.
Double protein decaf coffee
turkey bacon
Double protein decaf coffee
Toppings off 3 slices of sausage & roasted pepper pizza
Double protein decaf coffee
3 Hershey's kisses
Cream cheese chicken
few potatoes
Double protein decaf coffee
3 cookies

Fluids: 90 oz.

It's a simple, simple crockpot recipe.
put 3 or 4 chicken breasts in a crock pot. Medium size breasts.
cut up 1 stick of butter into chunks & put chunks on top of chicken
sprinkle 1 package of DRY Good Seasons Italian dressing mix over chicken
cook low 5-6 hrs
take out chicken & set aside
Cut up, 8oz of cream cheese and let melt in the butter juices.
Whisk to combine. Add chicken back in to warm up.
enjoy.

What a stressful day. Ready for bed just for the stress to end!
Bites:
B - Premier Chocolate Protein & 4 shots coffee with 1/2 cup half&half (note for tomorrow - use 1/3c vs 1/2c)
S - M&M's started (mixture of peanut, coconut, and dark chocolate mint - total of about 1.5oz over the course of the day) - Brewed Coffee with a splash of half&half
S - ZipFizz Blueberry Raspberry
L - Spicy Chicken Salad (3 oz shredded baked boneless chicken breast + 2tbsp mayo + 1tbsp Franks Red Hot) & String Cheese
S - Coffee with a splash of Half & Half
D - Breakfast taco (2 pieces bacon, 1 egg, 1 tbsp crispy hash browns for crunch, 1/2oz finely shredded cheese, 1tbsp sour cream in a high fiber/low carb tortilla)
Water - About 130 ounces
Vites:
Fiber - skipping today - not seeing it helping anymore - switching types
All others in
Exercites:
Morning walk (train to office - about 3/4 miles - fast enough to get heart rate up)
Crossramp at lunch interval for 25 minutes
Afternoon walk (office to train - about 3/4 miles - fast enough to get heart rate up)

Great variety and breakfast at dinnertime is a good way to go. : )
