S - 2nd & 3d protein coffees (60g)
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 Babybel cheese
L - protein shake (30g)
S - tuna w/mayo
S - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
D - leftover meat loaf
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: started
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day, 100 leaning push-ups, jog a flight of stairs 5 times x 5 times, and 5 squats of 10 repititions

Probably won't be a great day for eating, but will do my best not to overdue too badly!

It's 2 hours past my normal bedtime. Not sleepy. Guess I should not drank that deliciously yummy double espresso this afternoon.

exercise----- shoveling freekin' 7" of snow on the 1st day of Spring. Not good.

Happy first day of Spring, Noreen the shovelling not so much but we did wake up to it snowing. And Happy Birthday, I hope you had a great supper

Bites:

2 chicken strips and a few fries

banana

small bag of chips

and stopped on the way home for a small sundae

just finished 8 days of work and I have tomorrow off then back at it again, I am tired

Vites: missed supper

Exercites: not again today - but Gina wow you go girl

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
