standing at the computer all day, 100 leaning push-ups, jog a flight of stairs 5 times x 5 times, and 5 squats of 10 repititions

Happy first day of Spring, Noreen the shovelling not so much but we did wake up to it snowing. And Happy Birthday, I hope you had a great supper
