S - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
D - Popeye's 2 fish tenders and a buttered biscuit
S - CarbSmart ice cream

morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework, leaning push-ups, jogging a flight of stairs x 5, and squats
