Bites:
B - Premier protein shake
S - cheese stick and pumpkin protein doughnut ( a friend made them to try them, not bad)
It uses peanut butter powder instead of flour. She has another recipe for a white doughnut that uses ground almonds instead of the flour. We will see how it tastes.
L - inside of breakfast burrito (egg, bacon, sausage, cheese)
S - almonds
D - mot sure yet (baseball game tonight)

She is trying to eat healthier and lose weight, so we always eat lunch together at work. I have shared several of the recipes from this site with her (egg, sausage, cheese casserole) for example and she has been trying them at home with her family. It is nice to have a support system here at work since I don't have much of one in my personal life. Unfortunately, we wont be working together next year.
