B double shot unjury shake in cashew milk with a squirt of sugarvfree hershey and 2 tbs flaxseed
S 2tbs macadamia nut butter
L 3oz ribs .5cup carrots 2tbs butter
S 3grams raspberry/6gram sugar free whipped cream
S 4oz tuna/2tbs mayo/2tbs flaxseed
S quest chips
C/f/p = 39 (18 are fiber)/98/114

Tks.. glad to hear someone say i am doing the right tiff fir eating. It is a struggle for me everyday. I hate eating soo many calories and cut back and than get starving abs feel bad and start worrying again.

I tried flax seed one time but they really did a number on my stomach. Are you doing ok with them? I think finding a good fiber is a good idea since you can subtract the fiber from the total carb grams and get net carbs. I found that I was more comfortable and confident counting and recording my food in details such as carbs and protein, as well as water ounces, vitamins, exercises, etc. Some of us are just geared that way. Do what works for you.

Howdy. Just putting in my two cents worth here. You might find it more satisfying to count carbs instead of calories. Early out I left my carb count under 30. After a year I raised it to 50 so I could add veggies, and some fruits.
what you have posted for your daily menu looks great. Keep up the great work. Some days it is so so hard.
Mine is more like heartburn that Zantac 150 couldn't control. I now take Zegerid OTC which is 20mg of Omeprazole.
