I bookmarked the crack slaw recipe and I will try it soon. Hubby isn't crazy about cabbage but like Chinese food. I wonder if the recipe would work with shredded zucchini?

Hi Everyone, OH has been causing me issues, so I have not been able to check in. But it seems to be up and running for me tonight.

Bites:

protein shake

pb and jelly wrap with milk

chocolate bar

mixed nuts

quesadilla for supper at work - homemade

small bag chips

another chocolate bar

small bag of cheezies

coffee and donut

thats about all the damages for one day lol, sorry had to tell the truth

Exercites: worked out with my trainer

News, getting referred to a plastic surgeon for tummy tuck, the wait list is a year but at least I am on it, had bloodwork done yesterday and now have to fast for the rest to get done.

and for the apt we bought a new hideabed sofa, the old loveseat broke at Christmas, I 'm so happy we found something, it's been a long time in coming.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
