Hi Ladies

I am glad to know I am not the only one that ate too many carbs this weekend.  I took my mother to the coast for her 80th Birthday Party that my brother and I threw for her at his house.  I ate my protein and got my fluids in, but also indulged on some carbs like a cornbread with the gumbo we had for lunch and a small piece of carrot cake for desert. Yikes! Sunday I had fish and chips, mostly fish with some clam chowder.  Needless to say my gut has been revolting all morning yesterday and again today, it is not happy with me.  On a positive note, thanks to the upset stomach i didnt gain any weight over the weekend.  I had a great time! Back to business!

D - not sure yet, football until 8:00

Howdy everyone,

Double protein decaf coffee

Chinese take out: some sort of shrimp in sweet chili sauce. Too sweet for me. Picked out & ate the peas, carrots & shrimp.

Egg drop soup.

1/2 jelly donut

leftover from lunch: steamed pork dumplings. Minus the dumpling wrappers
