L - protein shake (30g) and a bunless hotdog

D - out for dinner- White Russian, crab cake, and a few fries
S - Greek yogurt

4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

walking

L - 3 small meatballs from Costco and cheese stick

S - unsalted mixed nuts

S - greek yogurt and cheese stick (second snack due to baseball game)

D - chicken tenders leftovers when I get home

BTW a lot of my personal stress (and craving sweets) has been due to work related issues.  As a result, I accepted a new position yesterday for the 2015-2016 school year. I am very excited and nervous, I have been at my current position for 10 years but desperately needed a change.  I have been wrestling with the decision for weeks, but now that the decision has been made I can stop stressing and look to the future and continue on this wonderful journey.

Exercites: aquasize, laps and hot tub with hubby, soooo excited
