morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and leaning push-ups

Saw the rheumatologist today.we are going to go with the once yearly infusion. My fingers are crossed.

Double protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

cheddar cheese

real bacon (as a mid morning snack)

Double protein decaf coffee

2 slices of liver wurst slathered in mayonnaise 

2 slices of Swiss cheese

few Fritos

Double protein decaf coffee

Cheese crackers

Double protein decaf coffee ( was able to sneak in an extra)

3 chicken tenders

green beans

plain cake donut

Double protein decaf coffee

Vites: all in

fluids: 90+ oz.
