EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day and leaning push-ups

Sorry for not posting last night. OH wouldn't let me on for some reason. Here's my damage for the day:

cheddar cheese sticks

1/2 ham/Swiss on toasted pumpernickel 

few chips

 mini carrots

olives

some one brought in authentic Spanish rice, so I had to have a few bites. So yummy.

well buttered Pop Tart

scrambled egg

2 little corn fritters

3 chocolates 

sunflower seeds

OH seems to be having technical difficulties lately for some reason.  

Spanish rice sounds interesting.  I'm going to slowly step away from the Pop Tart, butter or no.  lol

Hi everyone,

Bites:
protein shake

chicken salad

yogurt

muffin and coffee- coffee shop

bacon, eggs and 1 slice of toast

6 slivers of different fudge- I wanted more, lol

Vites: all in

Exercites: rowing machine, biking and walking a mile

Very played out lol, I can hardly wait til Tuesday for aquasize and lane swimming

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
