Sorry for not posting last night. OH wouldn't let me on for some reason. Here's my damage for the day:

olives
some one brought in authentic Spanish rice, so I had to have a few bites. So yummy.

OH seems to be having technical difficulties lately for some reason.

Hi everyone,
Bites:
protein shake
chicken salad

muffin and coffee- coffee shop
bacon, eggs and 1 slice of toast
6 slivers of different fudge- I wanted more, lol

Exercites: rowing machine, biking and walking a mile
Very played out lol, I can hardly wait til Tuesday for aquasize and lane swimming
