S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

1 scrambled egg w/bite of biscuit

low carb crustless quiche (2 portions w/2 biscuits ) I need to make some revolution rolls stead o biscuits.  

 

On a mission to revamp my nutrition program so tuning back in and Amping up the protein.

Well another day has come to an end for me,

Bites:

protein shake

mixed nuts

yogurt

turkey sausage, cheese and pickles

protein shake

chocolate bar

small chips

pear

farmer sausage, perogies and beets

small milk shake

Vites: bedtime right away

Exercites: none, day off
